HARRISBURG – The authors of legislation that would require implementation of the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) to go before the General Assembly are claiming victory following issuance of a permanent injunction against the rule by Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania on the basis of it being unconstitutional.

Kephart Hosts Bus Trip to State Capitol

These Cambria and Clearfield County residents traveled to Harrisburg on Tuesday, Oct. 24, as part of a bus trip organized by state Rep. Dallas Kephart (R-Cambria/Clearfield). This photo was taken in the state Capitol building, which they toured. The day also included a visit to the nearby Governor’s Mansion, which overlooks the Susquehanna River.
