OSCEOLA MILLS – A bridge dedicated today in Rush Township will carry signage noting it is named for Lance Cpl. Michael B. Segich, who was mortally wounded May 12, 1970, while serving in the Vietnam War.

Kephart Announces Grants to Support Local Infrastructure

HARRISBURG – Five grants totaling nearly $880,000 are headed to five Clearfield County municipalities for use in improving infrastructure, according to state Rep. Dallas Kephart (R-Clearfield/Cambria). Philipsburg Borough in Centre County also approached Kephart specifically and was awarded nearly $310,000.
